You decide every change, and you can take any tweak back.
Before each change the app saves the original value, and it tries to create a Windows restore point before your first change (if Windows can't, it asks you first). Undo and Undo everything work in every plan, even if your licence ends. A tweak you applied stays applied until you undo it: nothing is undone for you. Cleaning files and repairs can't be undone; the app tells you before they run.
Nothing is changed until you choose a tweak or profile, and you always see what will change first. Every card shows its risk: 76 Safe, 22 Moderate and 2 High. Extreme tweaks stay hidden until you turn them on in Settings.
The app's Support page lists all 17, with the reason for each.
You get the refunds and other remedies the Australian Consumer Law requires, for example if the app has a major failure. Email support with your licence ID, or ask Link support (support.link.com), which sold you the licence and sent your receipt.
The refund policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Every card shows its risk, and the app never turns off Windows Defender, SmartScreen, UAC or the firewall, or exploit protections such as ASLR.
After you pay, the page you come back to shows your licence key, and still shows it if you open it again later. In Combo's Tweaks, open Upgrade › Enter licence key, paste the key and type the email you paid with.
A licence is for one person, on their own PCs. A Plus or Premium licence lasts for the life of the major version you buy.
Keys from the checkout need Combo's Tweaks 1.0.1 or newer: if you have an older version, download the latest first. Keys made before keep working.
